Our Concierge Service includes all the services of the Full Consultation plus additional in-person assistance to contact hotels and venues on your behalf.

It’s perfect for visitors who want a local point of contact to ask specific questions and seek information on their behalf before travelling.

It’s also a good option if time-differences and language barriers are an issue.

If you are looking for the additional reassurance of ongoing personal support after the consultation process, then this service is ideal for you.

What you get

  • One-hour video consultation, including our ‘what-you-need-to-know’ Edinburgh overview.

  • A bespoke, in-depth travel plan after the call.

  • Including hand-picked recommendations to the hotels aimed to be most suitable for your requirements.

  • Day-by-day itineraries to Edinburgh experiences tailored to your interests.

  • Up to five complimentary email queries responded to within three weeks of the Travel Plan being delivered.

  • Access to our ‘best-in-town’ accessible restaurant and bar list.

  • Accessible transport guidance in the city.

  • Up to 10 concierge calls to find out information on your behalf before your trip.

How it works

  • Book a time that suits you. Tell us your must-visit places, interests and dates of travel in our short questionnaire. Payment confirms the booking. See our refund policy in our terms and conditions here.

    • We’ll confirm if we are able to go ahead with your booking as soon as possible.

    • You’ll then receive a request for payment and the link to a virtual meeting room (we offer a cooling-off period of 14 days from the date when the booking was made if you change your mind, see our full T&Cs here).

    • The email confirmation also details the simple steps to take to translate the video consultation into live captions in your language.

  • The meeting is structured to find out as much about your requirements and provide you with as much information as possible. There is also time for your to ask any questions you may have. Live captions translated into your language of choice can be used as part of the video consultation.

  • For the Concierge Service we will provide a bespoke, in-depth travel plan. Delivered within three weeks of the consultation taking place.

  • For the Concierge Service we will provide additional support with contacting venues and hotels on your behalf before your trip.
