What you get

A briefing call to talk through your project’s ambitions and requirements
Depending on the nature of the project timeline, multiple additional calls are also scheduled to update you and playback our findings.
At least one on-site accessibility assessment arranged per venue.
A detailed summary pack will be delivered with photographic and video materials showing key accessibility features and concerns, allowing you to make a fully informed decision on venue choice.
Once a venue is chosen, we will act on your behalf to ensure that any specific/outstanding accessibility requirements are met by the venue.
Additional on-site assessments can also be arranged to check the venue’s readiness ahead of the event.
If requested, we will provide detailed insight on guest accommodation options and travel arrangements.
